The oldest Jewish cemetery in Będzin existed outside the city walls in today's Zawale Street. It was established in the 16th century and functioned until the mid-19th century (closed in 1894). Destroyed by the Germans during World War II.

Currently, there is a square with alleys and benches in its place.
